1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation message from Book Umrah Cabs via WhatsApp. Submitting a booking form does not guarantee availability until confirmed by our team.

2. Pricing

All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are fixed at the time of booking confirmation. Prices shown in other currencies (GBP, USD, EUR, PKR) are approximate and for reference only. During Ramadan, Eid Al-Adha, and Hajj season, seasonal rates apply and will be clearly communicated before confirmation.

3. Payment

Payment is due in cash (SAR) on arrival, directly to the driver. No advance deposit is required for standard bookings. Group bookings of 20+ passengers may require a deposit — this will be communicated at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed fare. Please notify us via WhatsApp as early as possible.

5. No-Show Policy

If you do not appear at the agreed pickup point within 60 minutes of the scheduled time without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show and the full fare may be charged.

6. Flight Delays

For airport pickups, we track your flight in real time. Standard flight delays are accommodated at no extra charge. Extended delays (3+ hours) may require rebooking — our team will contact you via WhatsApp.

7. Liability

Book Umrah Cabs is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, checkpoints, acts of God, or other events beyond our control. We are not responsible for missed flights, connections, or appointments due to such delays.

8. Luggage

Standard luggage allowance is included in the fare. Excessive luggage (more than 2 large bags per passenger) must be declared at the time of booking and may incur an additional charge.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
